SPECIAL EVENTS

Hobart and William Smith community members regularly interact with national and international figures without ever leaving campus. During dozens of speaker series, symposia and traditional events each year, students engage leading thinkers of the day and one another on topics as wide-ranging as public policy, literature, social issues and the latest scientific advances. Many times, students meet these prominent visitors in the classroom or at the President's home where they can engage in conversation that is both interesting and thought provoking.
