Hobart and William Smith Colleges

Greek Council serves as the student led, governing body of Greek organizations at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Each recognized organization at the Colleges is required to have two members attend regularly scheduled meetings to discuss Greek Life policies, initiatives, and service. 

Greek Council, led by an Executive Board offers organizations the opportunity to develop the Greek Life priorities for the year, address membership development, drive enrollment growth, create natural collaboration opportunities, and find ways to spotlight the positive initiatives the organizations participate in or lead.
