Responsibilities include: Strategic oversight of the Colleges total compensation plans, recruitment and selection programs for administrative staff, payroll processes, employment tax and other regulatory employment compliance practices.
Payroll and Tax Compliance Manager
Responsibilities include: performing the day-to-day payroll function, while also ensuring compliance with wage and hour regulatory reporting requirements. Manages the taxation of payments to international students, employees and vendors. Responsible for federal and state wage and tax reporting, and prepares and manages the distribution of W-2 forms and responds to unemployment claims. Point of contact for all payroll questions and concerns.
Associate Director of HR Operations
Responsibilities include: coordinating HR policies, programs and projects with an emphasis on operations and assisting with developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, projects, functions and activities.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities include: the recruitment and onboarding of all regular and student employees and assisting hiring managers to ensure that each approved position is properly recruited for and onboarded.
Associate Director Human Resources
Responsibilities include: benefit plan administration, advising and counseling employees and/or family members on benefit-related questions/issues, assist employees with workers compensation, disability leave and disability accommodation requests and maintaining position salary, benefit and title changes in PeopleSoft.
