Here, members of the HWS sailing team practice on Seneca Lake. The team closed out the 2017-18 season finishing third at the ICSA Team Race National Championship and fourth at the ICSA Dinghy National Championship. William Smith sailors finished third at the ICSA Women's National Championship.

Members of the William Smith sailing team gather for a photo after winning the Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association Women's Championship in Norfolk, Va. It was the Herons' fourth MAISA Women's Championship. The Herons went on to a program best third place finish at the national championships. - The HWS sailing team practices on Seneca Lake. Head coach Scott Ikle '84 was named the 2018 Sail1Design/Gill Coach of the year. HWS had a program record six sailors named ICSA All-Americans this spring.
- Ali Marpet '15 pass blocks during the Buffalo Bills vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. Marpet remains the highest drafted DIII player in NFL history.

Joana Pacheco ’21 hits a forehand during William Smith's squash match against Dickinson College. - Paighton Alberts '21 keeps pace during the Cross Country Only Conference championships at Seneca Lake State Park. Alberts was named the Liberty League Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week, placing eighth out of 112 runners.
