Biology major Nate Ruffle-Deigenan '20 sits in an Adirondack chair overlooking the Quad. Ruffle-Deigenan has conducted research on biofouling in water purification with Assistant Professor of Chemistry Elana Stennett. -
Lauren Mercier '19, a biology and environmental science double major, conducts research in the Finger Lakes Institute, where she monitored the water quality of Seneca Lake in the summer of 2018. Mercier is continuing her studies in biodiversity, conservation and policy as a graduate student at the University of Albany. -
Linden Bascom '20, an Africana studies major, strikes a pose in front of his favorite place on campus, The Intercultural Affairs Center. After participating in the Summer Sandbox entrepreneurial program, Bascom founded Stu-Haul, a mobile recording studio for New Yorks inner-city students. -
Biochemistry major Therese Mandracchia '19 poses in the small quad outside of the science complex. Mandracchia is continuing her studies as a graduate student in forensic science at Penn State University.
