The Master of Science in Management program offers two pathways for degree completion for HWS students: the innovative 3+1 model, where students earn both a bachelor's and a master's degree in just four years, and the traditional 4+1 option, consisting of a 4-year undergraduate program followed by a 1-year master's program.

3+1

  • Current High School Students aspiring to attend HWS for the 3+1 program can maximize their readiness by completing a minimum of four college credits during high school that can be transferred to HWS.
  • HWS and Wells students should contact Tom Drennen to apply during their sophomore year to ensure proper advising.

4+1

  • HWS and Wells students should meet with Tom Drennen during their senior year and complete an application.
