Hobart’s second varsity eight practices on the Cayuga-Seneca Canal ahead of the IRA National Championships in West Windsor, N.J. The 2V closed out its regular season with a gold medal at the NIRC Regatta in Worcester, Mass., earlier this month.

The Hobart rowing team trains on Thursday morning on the Cayuga-Seneca Canal. The team is preparing for next week’s IRA National Championships in West Windsor, N.J., where they will race the nation’s top 25 teams.

Deputy Mayor of Seattle Hyeok Kim '98 received the Civil Rights Award at the Japanese American Citizens League’s 94th Annual Banquet & Scholarship Fundraiser at Sodo Park in Seattle, Wash. on April 2. Kim was chosen by Seattle Mayor Ed Murray as one of the city's two deputy mayors in December 2013.
