Members of the HWS Posse program enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at the home of Posse 5 Mentor and Director of Campus Safety Marty Corbett. In 2012, HWS entered into a partnership with the Posse Foundation, one of the most successful college access and youth leadership development programs in the country. - Led by Professor of Anthropology Jeffrey Anderson (back, center), students studying in Rome visit the artist Stefania Fabrizi's Warriors of Light and the Barricades exhibit at the contemporary art museum, Maam-Museo Dellaltro e Dellaltrove di Metropoliz.

- On Tuesday, students walk past the statue of Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell. In 1849, Blackwell graduated from the medical school of Geneva College (Hobarts precursor) as the first woman in the country to receive a medical degree. (Geneva College was renamed Hobart Free College in 1852 and Hobart College in 1860.)
