Peter Vorbach ’27 enjoys competing at the Dr. Frank P. Smith '36 Squash Center as a member of the Hobart Squash team. He says, “the courts are fantastic and we have ample space for training and spectators.”

At the Centennial Center for Leadership, Hailey Galvan ’26 is able to participate in PLEN while also exploring leadership both inside the classroom and throughout the HWS community and beyond.

Cassie Lundgren ‘26 finds that the one place she always returns to is Bristol Field House where she can challenge herself or rewind after a long day.

Brooke Donnelly ‘27 loves to study in the Blackwell Room and enjoys the beauty of the stained glass windows.

Outside the Richard S. Perkin Observatory, Chris Woody ’27 enjoys studying at the picnic table while being surrounded by nature. Plus, the trails in Coopers’ Woods provide a great place to take a break and go for a walk.

On the second floor of the Warren Hunting Smith Library, Willow Lewis-Moskowitz ’27 takes advantage of the natural light and the view of Stern Lawn, finding it to be the perfect midday study spot.

This week, we asked students to show us their favorite places on campus. Andy Dinh ‘27 enjoys taking time to slow down and reflect at the benches overlooking Seneca Lake, a location where he is able to find solitude on campus.

Daniel Adelman ’25 finds the “fishbowl” of Rosenberg Hall a great place to study comfortably with lots of space to spread out.
