During “Latin American Perspectives,” Professor of Economics Scott McKinney P’13 discusses the Jesuit missions in 1750 that were situated on the border of the Spanish and Portuguese colonies. Prior to the discussion, students viewed the film “The Mission.” - Elizabeth Hawes ’19 and Alexus Spann ’19 perform a test on fruit fly larvae under a microscope. The lab tested the larvae's neuron connections in response to both blue than white light.
