Toupal discussed his honors project, Using Remote Sensing to Analyze Mercury Contamination in Vegetated Areas: The Case of Tarkwa, Ghana. This fall, Toupal will pursue a Ph.D. at the University of Pennsylvania in Earth and Environmental Science.
