Associate Professor of Environmental Studies Darrin Magee speaks about the need for diversified renewable energy sources in Cambodia at the China Environment Forum in Washington, D.C. Magee posits that energy-rich Yunnan could serve as a much-needed power source for Cambodia, where a large rural population doesn't have electricity, and cities often have rolling blackouts.
