Lauren Mercier '19, a biology and environmental science double major, conducts research in the Finger Lakes Institute, where she monitored the water quality of Seneca Lake in the summer of 2018. Mercier is continuing her studies in biodiversity, conservation and policy as a graduate student at the University of Albany.
