President Joyce P. Jacobsen welcomes the Classes of 2024. In her remarks, Jacobsen presented a list of themes that underlie a college education, including: bravery, commitment, engagement and humor. In what is now becoming a signature of her welcome to students, she also sang a song parody. This year, it was a version of Allentown by Billy Joel called COVID-town. -
Linda Fitts Mischler 83, P20, P24, Paul Mischler P20, P24 and Lucas Mischler 20 say goodbye to Jackson Mischler 24 outside JPR. Jackson is the third generation in his family to attend HWS; his late grandfather Ronald Fitts 52 was the first.
