The 11 diverse lakes attract attention from students, citizen scientists and research organizations, all working together to understand and protect this special environment.

In his first two years on campus, John Herlihy 23 had a couple of classes in Demarest Hall and found the architecture very cool. Currently, along with his friends, he goes there to find a quiet corner especially during finals week.

A member of the HWS Sailing team, Tory Mileti 22 spends a lot of early mornings and windy afternoons at her favorite place on campus, the Bozzuto Boathouse. Its always so pretty there, and a great place to hang out.
