With the generosity of the Gantcher Family Foundation, students in “Philanthropy in Action” present grants totaling $25,000 to local nonprofit organizations.

Mike Gantcher ’92 shares with students and community members the Jewish phrase L’dor v’dor, meaning generation to generation, which represented the importance of philanthropy. He was joined by his father Nathan P’92, GP ’27, wife Christina P’27 and son Billy ’27, who served as the “Philanthropy in Action” course's Teacher’s Assistant.
