- Students pose for a photo during the annual Hobart and William Smith Kwanzaa celebration in the Vandervort Room. This year the celebration was inspired by the South African word ubuntu, which loosely translates to I am because we are.

The presentation, sponsored by the international psychology honor society Psi Chi and the To Write Love on Her Arms student organization, focused on creating a culture that openly discusses mental illness.

Safe Harbors provides services for individuals who have experienced sexual assault, sexual abuse and interpersonal violence.
- Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies Robin Lewis first-year Sustainable Living and Learning Community gather in Rees Hall for a screening of the film, The True Cost, a documentary that explores the impact of fashion on people and the planet.
- Members of the Colleges Chorale and the Colleges Brass Ensemble, led by Professor of Music Bob Cowles, perform in the Vandervort Room as guests enjoy an evening of music and great food during the benefit program for Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes.
- Semifinalists in the fifth installment of the Stu Lieblein 90 Pitch Contest pose for a photo in the Centennial Center for Leadership (CCL). The contest is an entrepreneurial leadership competition organized by the CCL in which students compete for the top prize, a $10,000 grant to fund their idea.
