During her Fisher Center lecture, Premilla Nadasen, a scholar-activist, examined the concept of the caring economy, which has often been used to describe the labor of social reproduction both paid and unpaid labor in the home. -

In recognition of his lifetime dedicated to serving others, Michael B. Curry 75, the 27th Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, was bestowed the Hobart Medal of Excellence on Friday during a ceremony coinciding with a Presidents Forum.
