OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

Procedures for Requesting a Transcript

In accordance to FERPA guidelines, all requests for transcripts must include a signature. There is a $5.00 fee for all official transcript requests, expedited and international shipping may cost more. There is no charge for an unofficial transcript.

You may request a copy of your official HWS transcript in the following ways:

  1. Unofficial transcripts for current students can be generated via your PeopleSoft account, which can be found here. You can get assistance generating your transcript by clicking help, including how to disable pop-up blockers, as this will prevent your transcript from appearing.
  2. Official transcripts may be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse. The link to order an electronic transcript or paper can be found here. If you need more information you can also visit the help section. A credit card is required.

The HWS Registrar’s office encourages you to utilize the methods above to request a transcript. However you may also …

  1. Print a transcript request form, fill it out entirely and return it to the Registrar's Office
