William Smith at Work

William Smith @ Work was launched to foster the network of successful William Smith alumnae across career fields. There is no shortage of high achieving women in the WS network and this initiative creates more opportunities for our community to connect in purposeful ways.

Through William Smith @ Work, students and alumnae see all of the opportunities available to them in the work place, helping them to craft meaningful careers. The network can provide mentorship, conversations regarding graduate and professional school and additional resources to accelerate careers.

By creating a tightly-knit alumnae professional network and connecting with students early in their job searches, we believe we can help William Smith alumnae be successful in opportunities about which they are passionate.

Founded in collaboration with William Smith alumnae and members of the Colleges' campus community, William Smith @ Work is designed to help all in our community to succeed, whether in a first job or later in one's career.
