Andrew Knox 09 is currently touring with The Second City Hits Home, a traveling troupe that brings improvisational comedy to local communities.
The Second City is a famous Chicago-based comedy troupe that has produced many well-known comedians including John Belushi, Bill Murray, Joan Rivers and Stephen Colbert.
While at HWS, Knox spent a semester in Chicago where he participated in a Comedy Studies Program through The Second City and Columbia College. After graduating, he moved to Chicago full-time to take more classes before auditioning for The Second City. Knox majored in English and was a member of the Hobartones.
Knox was recently featured by the Auburn Journal in an article titled Chicago comedy troup Second to none.
