30 September 2005 Perkins survey quoted in KC story

A story in the Sept. 30 Kansas City Star mentioned the survey of 130 college campuses recently done by H. Wesley Perkins, professor of sociology at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

The story also explains the difficulty tavern and restaurant owners have with counterfeit identification, including at a bar near the University of Kansas campus.
