Stan Skrabut, a Bujinkan Budo hachidan (8th degree Blackbelt) and shidoshi, recently provided certificates of grading awarded by Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, Bujinkan Budo Grandmaster, to several HWS community members:
9th Kyu Neil Wakeman, Student
8th Kyu Emily Runnells, Student
5th Kyu Jody Benedict, Communications
4th Kyu Professor Jim Ryan, Biology
2nd Kyu Professor Leah Himmelhoch, Classics
1st Kyu Armand Buzantian '05
4th Dan Dan Valente'05
Other members graded include Isaac Miller, a student at Cornell University, 4th Kyu; and Bill Snyder, 2nd Kyu.
The Bujinkan Budo training group meets from noon to 1 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday in the Bristol Field House.
