Juniper Networks Marketing Vice President Eric Andrews 85 will return to the HWS campus to join the Professionals in Residence series hosted by the Salisbury Center for Career Services and Professional Development. Andrews has spent the past 25 years in the marketing industry and will share his insights about the field with students on Monday, March 3 at 7:30 p.m. in Trinity 305.
Andrews joined Juniper Networks as vice president of marketing operations in November 2012. He is responsible for the overall marketing strategy, managing Junipers global marketing investments and building the infrastructure, tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Junipers global marketing investments.
Previously, Andrews served as part of IBMs systems and technology group, and was the companys vice president of worldwide demand programs, where he had global responsibility for the strategy and management systems supporting IBMs demand generation activities. He has also worked on the agency side of the marketing business, representing major clients such as P&G, Budweiser and Mars, Inc. Andrews has had extensive international experience, with work in London, England; Tokyo, Japan and Melbourne, Australia.
He earned a B.A. in English from Hobart College, where he was a member of the rowing team.
Students applied for five different marketing internships at Juniper Networks in California and Massachusetts and Andrews will interview selected students for these roles on Tuesday, March 4 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. in Trinity 210.
