Actor and alum Christian Camargo 92 stars in the latest film in the Twilight series, playingEleazar of the Denali Coven, in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, premiering November 17. Breaking Dawn is the much-anticipated next installment in a series of films adapted from worldwide best-selling author Stephenie Meyers vampire-themed romance novels.
Camargo has also made a name for himself recently on the hit Showtime crime drama, Dexter, as the infamous Ice Truck Killer (lead-character Dexters brother Brian Moser). Camargos character was the antagonist in Seasons 1 and 2, and now, in an interesting plot twist, is making a return posthumously in Season 6. Dexter airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. on Showtime.

Camargo earned a B.A. in history while attending Hobart as Christian Minnick. He was program director at WEOS-FM and a member of the lacrosse team. His mother, actress Victoria Wyndham, has appeared on the daytime dramas Guiding Light and Another World.
After graduating, Camargo went on to attend the Julliard School of Drama. Upon graduation, he landed leading roles in various Public Theater summer productions as well as a role in David Hares Skylight on Broadway. After spending two years in England working with the inaugural Globe Theatre, Camargo returned to the U.S. and has since built a long resume of theatre, television and film appearances.
In addition to Twilight and Dexter, his most recent work includes appearances this year on television shows The Mentalist, and Medium, and on stage last year in New York with his wife, actress Juliet Rylance, in productions of Shakespeares As You Like It and The Tempest. He was also a member of the cast of 2009 film,The Hurt Locker nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture in 2010. The film won six Oscars, among other notable awards.
