The weather forecast has prompted the Commencement 2011 ceremony to be moved to the Bristol Field House on Hamilton Street. The Commencement Procession will begin at 10 a.m. with the Ceremony beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Parking will be available at the Medbery and Odells south parking lots, and behind the Town and Country Plaza. Parking at the Field House is reserved for handicapped parkingand individuals with special needs (permits required).
From each lot, shuttle transportation will be available by vans, buses and trolley and will loop between the parking lots beginning at 8 a.m. Shuttles will also be available at the end of the ceremony to return individuals to the parking lots.
Graduates should report to the Field House by 9 a.m. and line up in alphabetical order behind the nets. Faculty will robe in the squash court on the first floor. The Platform Party should report to the squash court.
