Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker ordered flags at state buildings flown at half-staff in McKays honor from sunrise to sunset on Thursday. She was enrolled at the U.S. Armys Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning near Columbus, Ga., when she passed away on April 8.
