This years GSA scholars are an impressive group of young men and women. They are immensely talented and understand that a complete education starts with scholarship, but extends far beyond the borders of the classroom walls, said Geneva High School Principal Greg Baker 00. These students give generously of their time and talent to their community as evidenced by their extra-curricular involvements in clubs and activities. We are very proud that these leaders have chosen to stay in Geneva to continue their education and personal development at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Since its inception 50 years ago, GSA has provided scholarship assistance to more than 200 Geneva youth. This past academic year, 23 students from Geneva attended the Colleges, receiving more than $1.3 million in financial aid and GSA funding.

The GSA Board is planning a 50thanniversary celebration in November to highlight GSAs impact over the years, as well as continue to engage the community to support the fund. More information is forthcoming.
