Hockey Forward Gyuri Dragomir 17 has re-signed for the 2019-2020 season with the Haringey Huskies based in London, England. The Huskies are part of the National Ice Hockey League and play in the NIHL 2 South division. Dragomir was the top point scorer for the Huskies last year.
Last season, Gyuri showed what he is capable of producing and I am looking for more of the same this campaign, says Head Coach Dan Sampson. He has great speed, good hands, a great shot, good vision and can play either defense or forward.
In addition, Dragomirs company Ecom Empire Executives is sponsoring some of this seasons apparel including short-covers and warm-up jerseys. Ecom Empire Executives offers one-on-one mentorships to anyone looking to gain exposure and experience in building e-commerce businesses.

A media and society major and an entrepreneurial studies minor, Dragomir was a member of the Hobart club hockey team and studied abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland. While at HWS, he launched the app Deals en Route, which connects small businesses with their customers, a business idea that secured Dragomir a seat as a finalist in the Pitch Contest. In addition, Dragomir was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity, Investments Club, International Students Association, an Orientation leader and a Career Services Ambassador.
