Donna Davenport, professor of dance, served as Guest Editor for the Journal of Dance Education, Vol. 6, No.1., Effective Pedagogy for Dance Composition: New Insights and Perspectives, March 2006, J. Michael Ryan Publishing. In this special issue, she has also published an article that introduces a new pedagogical approach for teaching choreographic craft.
