Panelists include: Tom Tanton (energy analyst, CA), Paul Kenyon (wind expert, VM), Daniel Mackay (NYS Preservation League), Tom Hagner (Ecogen, LLC., NY), Tom Drennen (economist, NY), and student panelists.
