Donald Spector, the Phillip J. Moorad '28 & Margaret N. Moorad Professor of Science and member of the Physics Department, has been awarded a three-year research grant by the National Science Foundation. The grant, entitled Applications of Supersymmetry to Quantum Mechanics, will allow Spector to provide new insights into the behavior of the fundamental constituents of matter. This is Spector's fourth individual research grant from the NSF's Theoretical Physics division, and his seventh award overall through an NSF program.
