9 December 2002 Donnelly 73 Comes from Tokyo to Attend Football Games

Brendan Donnelly, father of SU football player Joe Donnelly, has traveled from Tokyo, Japan, where he lives, to the United States eight times this fall in order to watch his sons football games. The story Donnelly's dad becomes Syracuse's No. 1 import was in the Nov. 29 Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. Donnelly is a 1973 graduate of Hobart College.
