27 September 2016 Emmys Wins for Shows from Falchuk 93, L.H.D.14

At the 2016 Primetime Emmys ceremony this month, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story won the Emmy for Outstanding Limited Series, as well as for eight of its 21 other nominations.

Brad Falchuk 93, L.H.D.14 perhaps best known as co-creator of the Emmy-winning show American Horror Story is an executive producer of The People v. O.J. Simpson, which is the first season for the fictionalized true-crime anthology series.

Falchuks series American Horror Story: Hotel, which follows a similar self-contained miniseries format, took home two Emmys this year, for costumes and sound editing, adding to its previous 13 Emmy Awards. The shows first season was nominated for 17Emmy Awards, tied with AMCs Mad Men that year for the most nominations. In 2013, the second season of American Horror Story received 17 nominations, again more than any other show. The third season also garnered 17 nominations, while the fourth was nominated for 19.
