19 October 2012 Greene10 discusses Salvation Psychology

The William Smith Deans Office and the Department of Religious Studies welcomed Libby Greene 10 back to campus to kick-off the William Smith Alumnae Speaker Series on Monday, Oct. 22. Greene discussed Salvation Psychology and Other Regulatory Systems in the Life of Elizabeth Packard at 4:30 p.m. in the Sanford Room of the Warren Hunting Smith Library.

Greene is a masters candidate at Harvard Divinity School where she studies U.S. American religious history and theology along with the interlocking systems of power and privilege.

During her time at William Smith, Greene was a leader on the Heron soccer team, a member of 3 Miles Lost a cappella group, and a triple major in religious studies, psychology and womens studies.

At Harvard Divinity School, her academic focus is religion, ethics and politics and when not in class, she works as a graduate assistant for the Office of Career Services. Greene intends to bring her diverse work experience and academic interests to bear on her applications for doctoral programs in psychology an become a psychotherapist.
