8 April 2010 Wittig 94 Publishes Holy It

Hobart alum Scott Wittig 94 has published his first book, Holy It. The book is designed to help readers identify and start acting upon the thing they know they should be doing but arent what Wittig calls ones It. He explains that everyone has their own it they should be following, whether that it is a purpose in life, a passion or just a project someone has been putting off.

After graduating from Hobart with a B.A. in psychology, Wittig pursued a career in the mortgage industry for 14 years, at which point he got an itch to do something bigger. After going through what he calls a journey of reading, coaching and growing, he identified his it as helping others achieve. Wittig went on to become the founder of doITgroups.com and Achieve IT Media, coaching companies that center around mastermind groups called do IT groups designed to help make a persons IT happen. Currently, Wittig lives in Apex, N.C. with his wife, Jeanne, and two children.

While at Hobart, Wittig was involved in many campus activities and was a member of the soccer team.

The book was published in November 2009.
