Susan Scott 67 has recently written a second book about leadership, Fierce Leadership: A Bold Alternative to the Worst Best Business Practices of Business Today.

Scott teaches readers how to spot the worst best practices in their organizations using a technique she calls squid eye-the ability to see the tells or signs that businesspeople have fallen prey to disastrous behaviors by knowing what to look for.

Her extensive work over a decade with Fortune 500 executives has provided Scott with information about how businesses are run today. She offers alternatives to the so-called best practices of businesses.
