Arts in NYC: Students will spend a day in New York City talking with alums about many career opportunities in the arts from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17. The group will visit Christies Auction House, Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City Center, and an art gallery in Chelsea.
Law in NYC: An exciting educational event for students who want to learn more about the world of law will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 18, in Rockefeller Plaza. Students will have the opportunity to listen to alums who are working as a district attorney, a prosecutor, judges, a public defender, and partners at various firms.
Business in Boston: On Monday, Jan. 7, there will be a panel discussion and networking reception with alums and parents held at the Doubletree Guest Suites on 400 Soldiers Field Road. Panelists include: Wayne Lawrence 77, P 07 09, Barclays Capital; Sandy Pegram 79, Jefferies Group Inc.; Penny Weeks 81, Northern Trust Co.; Rob Hazard 94, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.; Alecia Manning P 07, Fiduciary Trust Co.; Will Corkhill 87, Janney Montgomery Scott; Ryan Mullen 92, MFS Investment Management; and Matt McKinnon 94, Fidelity. The registration deadline for this event is Friday, Dec. 7.
