Professor Jodi Dean of the Department of Political Science is currently a visiting researcher in the School of European Studies at Cardiff University in Wales.
She was invited to visit for two weeks as part of the Cardiff Project for Ideology Analysis. While visiting there, she is delivering two lectures based on her current research, Zizek against Democracy and 9/11 Conspiracy Theories: Psychosis and Contemporary Politics.
A member of the faculty since 1993, she holds a bachelors degree from Princeton and her masters and Ph.D. from Columbia.
