8 December 2005 Alumnus Llano helps with Bright Houses gift

Reinaldo Llano Jr. '99, community relations manager for the Florida Group Office of Bright House, recently helped coordinate a donation of $12,500 to the Summer Bridge Program at Manatee Community College.

In a story in the Dec. 4 edition of the Herald Tribune, Llano talks about his experience at these Colleges, where he was a member of the Latin American Organization. He is now vice president of the Afro-Latino Alumni Alumnae Association.

Manatee Community College has campuses in Bradenton, Srasota, and Venice, Fla. Bright House is a cable television and Internet service provider serving thousands of residents and businesses in several states.
