15 February 2005 Hobart Rugby Wins Winterfest Tournament

The Hobart rugby team attended the Winterfest Tournament in Buffalo on Saturday, Feb. 12. They took the Division B title defeating the Finger Lakes Vikings in a Geneva showdown championship by a score of 21-14. En route to the finals they defeated the University of Buffalo 28-0 and Buffalo State 7-0 but suffered a loss to a tough Binghamton squad. Congratulations to the Hobart Sinister Lake Trout for an early and snowy victory.
