12 August 2004 Bringewatt Quoted on Colleges Building Projects
Paul Bringewatt, vice president for administrative services, was quoted in the Aug. 11 Finger Lakes Times. He provided an update on activities at the Colleges at a meeting hosted by City Council for those in the Genevas first and second wards.
Bringewatt said a new orientation had been completed for students who will live off campus this September that included information from the city police department and a review of how to be a good neighbor with non-college residents. He also spoke of construction projects, noting renovations have been done at Geneva Hall, including eliminating 12 beds and adding more social space and a game room; work on the two new dorms is on schedule and they will be opened in January; and planning efforts have begun to create a studio art building at Houghton House.
