23 July 2004 Hood Named Steward of Archives Partnership Trust

Clifton Hood, associate professor of history, has been named a Steward of the Archives Partnership Trust of the New York State Archives. The Stewards are a select group of prominent citizens, philanthropists, and scholars who care about the work and future of the New York State Archives. A former assistant director of the LaGuardia and Wagner Archives at LaGuardia Community College/CUNY in New York City and a grant reviewer for the National Endowment of Humanities' Division of Access and Preservation, Hood has also written about the history of archives in New York City.
