Anne Barton, associate director of financial aid, received the Outstanding State Representative award from the Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators at their annual conference in Providence, R.I., last week. Barton is the president of the New York State Financial Aid Administrators Association and in that capacity serves as the New York state representative to the Eastern Association.
