Rocco L. (Chip) Capraro delivered a guest lecture in Understanding Wine and Beer, an interdisciplinary food science course at Cornell University. Capraro discussed harm reduction and social norms theories of prevention, and other larger questions concerning alcohol, identity, and culture.
