1 June 2003 Skrabut Earns State Award

At the annual New York Wing Conference for the Civil Air Patrol, Col. Austyn Granville, Commander of New York Wing, and 1Lt Robert Stronach, New York Wing Public Affairs Officer, presented Maj. Stan Skrabut, Inspector General for Finger Lakes Group, with the award of Public Affairs Officer of the Year for 2002.

Skrabut was selected from among 57 other units having public affairs officers.
