Mary DeCoste, assistant professor of Italian, recently attended the annual conference of the American Association of Italian Studies, where she presented a paper titled Italian Food on Foreign Tables: Giacomo Castelvetro's Exile. The paper is part of a larger work on food in Italian Renaissance literature.
