13 March 2003 Perkins Keynotes Syracuse Conference and Appears on ABC Channel 9 TV News

Wesley Perkins, professor of sociology was invited on March 10 to give the keynote address for the American Campus and Alcohol Regional Conference held in Syracuse and sponsored by Syracuse University, the Syracuse Area College Community Coalition, and the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States. The title of his address was The Social Norms Approach to Alcohol Abuse Prevention on the College Campus: Current Issues and Challenges. He was also interviewed about his work by ABC Channel 9 TV news in Syracuse that day and he appeared on the evening news broadcast.
