Networking magazine honored Thomas Poole, Colleges Trustee and president and CEO of Hallen Construction Company, with its second annual David Award. The award is named after Michelangelos statue of David, as the Renaissance ideal man. Poole was one of eight recipients.

The honorees are corporate leaders or others who are dedicated to their community, excel in the world of business or academics, perform heroic or unselfish acts and/or achieve accomplishments against all odds.

Poole is a member of the Hobart Class of 1961.
