Steven Lee, professor of philosophy, was interviewed about his book, What is the Argument? Critical Thinking in the Real World for a Finger Lakes Times story, which ran Feb. 8. The article described the book and how Lee wrote it, as well as Lee's critical thinking class, which analyzes letters to the editor from the New York Times. Lee's book used approximately 600 letters to the editor from papers across the country as examples of argument.
